Nakawa Magistrate’s Court Grade one Magistrate Christine Nantege has this afternoon remanded Ivan Kamyuka to Luzira on charges of murder.
Kamyuka, 33, has been charged with the murder of Johnnie Ahimbisiibwe, his wife’s ex-lover.
Magistrate Nantege didn’t allow the accused Ivan to take plea as the matter is only triable by High Court, remanding him to Luzira until the 18thAugust.
It is alleged Kamyuka hit Ahimbisiibwe with a broken glass which led to the latter’s death.
