Fast-rising musician Joshua Baraka has no respect for East African artists while in the studio.
Baraka explained that unlike the West Africans who are active in the studio, East Africans are laid back and lack concentration. They are only good when it comes to live performances.
“East Africans are such lazy studio artists. However, West Africans are crazy in the studio and very active. They give everything for the music they are creating. The good thing with East Africans is that they are so good at live performances," he partly said.
The "Nana" hitmaker seems to have started a discussion that is long overdue, and we wait to see the outcome of it all.
