Months after the death of city socialite Ivan Ssemwanga, his properties are also going through a slow but steady death. Ivan’s 6Bn UGX mansion in Muyenga is now up for sale at REPORTED $1million.
Weeks after his burial in Kayunga, some of his properties in South Africa were also put on the market. It is reported that his ex-wife, Zari is behind the sale of Ivan’s property. Last week, Ivan’s family rushed to South Africa to save their son’s property.
Reaching there, he was informed that he can't do much since the property was registered in different names, not in his son’s names. This, however, gave Zari an upper hand in claiming the property.
The fight for Ivan’s property started when he was still bedridden in South Africa hospital. A section of Ivan’s family claimed that Zari wanted to grab Ivan’s property and probably give it to her current boyfriend, Diamond Platinumz.
