On Saturday evening, CPS cops arrested a city conman only identified as Charles. He has been conning Ugandans especially women on Facebook. It is reported that after numerous reports from people, Police started tracking Charles until they trapped him. He operates a shop around Kampala road.
Charles is always on Facebook luring unsuspecting women. Some, who have fallen victims, told police that Charles took a lot of money from them. He normally approaches women and promises to love them unconditionally. One of the victims told police that when she met Charles, they agreed to date. After three months, he asked for her car documents to get a bank loan. Being naïve and in love, she gave in. Up to now, she has never received any money as he started playing hide games with her.
