KCCA Executive Director Jennifer Musisi shocked the nation on Monday when she handed in a resignation letter as she intends to leave office on December 15th 2018.
Her move has been praised by many opposition leaders including Bobi Wine and Erias Lukwago.
Bobi Wine has hailed Jennifer Musisi for finally realising that people were tired of her reign something he termed as 'Jennifer Musisi's best decision ever'.
During an interview with one of the local TV stations, "The Jennifer" singer condemned Jennifer Musisi of being brutal to the residents of Kampala but also thanked her for being bold, and an example to other leaders to leave office at their own will.
It is clear that Jennifer Musisi's reign has not been popular among many residents of Kampala and the suburbs because of the iron hand she employed.
Bobi Wine through his music was the first to person to condemn her reign.
Jennifer has been KCCA Executive Director for the last 7 years and her reign at the helm of City Hall will come to an end on 15th December 2018 despite not having a successor as yet.
