The two loverbirds uploaded cozy snaps on their respective social media accounts and their followers rushed to congratulate them, describing them as a perfect couple.
"You stole my heart but I will let you keep it forever. Happy anniversary my Superman, I love you," she posted.
Their relationship has been under a microscope as of late. Last month, it was reported that the couple was considering partying ways over failing to agree on when they should have kids. It's alleged that Mark wants a baby with the beauty queen like yesterday.
