Socialite Charles Obalim commonly known as Sipapa has labeled NBS TV presenter, Canary Mugume as a girl. He noted that he should not comment on matters of ‘men’ since he has no beard.
Sipapa was responding to claims by Canary Mugume that he (Sipapa) is untouchable and acts like he is above the law.
Canary wrote on Twitter that police officers fear him since he is always surrounded by armed state security.
"Sipapa is untouchable, unfortunately. Even top-ranking cops fear him. They don’t know how he acquired armed state security. But I hope you find justice someday," Canary Mugume tweeted.
The journalist was commenting on Sipapa’s recent incident where he knocked a Benz and threatened to kill the driver.
