Singer Bruno Kiggundu, known as Bruno K, has been confirmed as the biological father of Kiggundu Holyseth, according to DNA results. This confirmation comes after weeks of controversy surrounding Bruno K's relationship with Vanessa, the mother of his child.
Vanessa had accused Bruno K of being a deadbeat father, and a recording of a conversation between the two had surfaced in which Bruno K expressed doubt about his paternity.
To settle the dispute, blood samples were taken from both Bruno K and the baby and sent to a DNA service center in Hong Kong for examination. The results, which were released earlier today, indicated with a high probability (>99.9999%) that Bruno K is indeed the biological father of Kiggundu Holyseth.
Since the genetic markers showed that the father provided a sufficient frequency of allele to the child, the biostatistics evaluation of the results also confirmed that Bruno K is the biological father of Kiggundu Holyseth.
Bruno K has been in the news for the past few weeks after Vanessa Kirabo accused him of neglecting his responsibilities as a father. However, the DNA test results have now confirmed that he is the father of the child.
The singer has been reportedly hiding and ashamed after the public controversy and the DNA confirmation.
