Jose Chameleone can't seem to catch a break! Lately, he's been all over the news for bad reasons. It's like he took the baton for scandal from Bruno K in some messed up relay race.

Things started with his ex-wife, Daniella Atim, going on the offensive. She painted a picture of Jose as a violent abuser during their marriage. She even threw some shade at her ex mother-in-law for hating on her and claimed Jose never defended her.

Then, this upcoming musician, Sencere Music, piled on, saying everything Daniella said was true and that she was tired of being threatened into silence about Jose's bad behavior. Talk about adding fuel to the fire!

Through all this, Jose has been radio silent. Not a peep to defend himself from the accusations. Just living his life like nothing's wrong.

One musician who came to Jose's defense, though, is Khalifah AgaNaga. He says they all respect Jose as a legendary musician, a pillar of Ugandan music. Khalifah says they don't care about Jose's personal life, his relationships, or his family drama. All they care about is his music and the inspiration he provides.

Khalifah is worried that with all this bad press, Jose might even get depressed without realizing how many fans still love him.

“With everything circulating about Chameleone, he could go into depression without even knowing people that love him exist. This is why we are celebrating him. We have to remind him how important he is to us.” said Khalifah
