For almost a month now, Suuna Ben's property conflict with his wife, Mary Nanbwayo, has been making headlines across the media.
It's alleged Suuna Ben lost interest in Nanbwayo and does not want her to continue living in the house. He claims she, together with her family, wants to take full control of the property, something Nanbwayo denies.
Nanbwayo claims they pooled money together with Suuna Ben to buy land and construct the property, and she is a rightful shareholder of the same.
However, earlier this week, the popular Bukedde DJ revealed he was going to court seeking an order to stop Nanbwayo from accessing the property.
In an interview with a local television station on Tuesday night, Nanbwayo said she is ready for a legal battle with Suuna Ben and is prepared for whatever it brings.
"I am a shareholder of the property, and he surely knows that because we bought the land together and also contributed to the construction of the house. I am ready for court if that's what's coming, and I am prepared," she said in part.
Nanbwayo and Suuna Ben share two children together.
