Musician-turned-politician Hillary Kiyaga, also known as Dr. Hilderman, has revealed that he is in a good relationship with Bobi Wine.
Hilderman has recently faced criticism on social media, with some alleging that he has aligned himself with President Museveni and abandoned Bobi Wine for Mpunga.
The Mawokota North Constituency Member of Parliament, however, says these are just critics who don't want to see Bobi Wine surrounded by allies.
"They aim to weaken him by fighting every person he trusts.
"When people see you with Bobi Wine, they want to tarnish your name and spoil the relationship. They want him to be alone so they can fight him more easily. Personally, I enjoy a good working relationship with him," he said in part during an interview with a local television station.
Dr. Hilderman is in Parliament under the National Unity Platform ticket, headed by Bobi Wine.
