The State Minister for Youth and events promoter Balaam Barugahara has invited Bobi Wine and the entire Sentamu family to the birthday celebrations of Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.
Balaam did not specify the exact date of the celebrations but revealed that the event would take place in Nakaseke District.
He also extended an invitation to the National Unity Platform (NUP) fraternity, describing the event as a celebration not just of Sevo's birthday, but also of peace and development.
"I want to invite my brother Bobi Wine, Barbie Kyagulanyi, and the entire Sentamu family to Sevo's birthday celebrations. I invite Chairman Nyanzi, Eddie Yawe, Mike Wine, and everyone, including the NUP Secretary-General Rubongoya, Joel Ssenyonyi, and the entire NUP," he said in part during an interview with a local television station.
"We want to celebrate not only the President's 80th birthday but also the peace that has enabled Ugandans to build beaches, have successful music careers, and sponsor their children's education abroad," he added.
Balaam revealed that he is the organizer of the event.
