At the stroke of midnight this year, Tanzanian beauty queen Wema made a resolution to “not make the same mistakes” she made last year. It is not clear though if the mistake includes music hearthrob Diamond Platnumz.
The two dated for three years before Diamond moved on to Ugandan socialite and business woman, Zari. In a new years message, Wema wrote on her Instagram page, “Happy New Year my beautiful people, 2014 was quite an experience, went through a lot of things, had my ups and downs. I know I have learnt and for sure can’t make the same mistakes I made earlier. God I pray for 2015 to be my year and I’m gonna make it my walk to remember.”
Diamond and Zari have been flaunting their new found love on social media. Zari boasted in one post, “No man on earth is perfect but when he shows effort in keeping you happy, acknowledge that.”
Earlier this year in a radio interview in Dar-es-Salaam, Wema said, “It didn’t work out between us and I wish him all the best in his new relationship. They look good together.”
