Eddy Kenzo, President of the Uganda National Musicians Federation, and Pallaso have endorsed Kalifah Aganaga for the Kawempe North MP position.
The endorsement took place at the federation offices on Tuesday, where the two artists urged Ugandans to support one of their own in Kawempe North.
Kalifah Aganaga, who was also present, thanked Kenzo and Pallaso for their endorsement and pledged to work for the good of the music industry if he is elected to Parliament.
Kalifah Aganaga is contesting for the Kawempe North MP seat on the FDC ticket and will face competition from NUP's Elias Nalukoola, NRM's Farida Nambi, and several independent candidates.
The by-elections, scheduled for March 13th, will fill the vacancy left by Muhammad Ssegirinya, who passed away in January.
