In November 2024, musician Irene Ntale became engaged to her lover, Vincent Kalibala, and wedding preparations are underway.
The singer has since opened up about marriage, saying she doesn't tolerate competition. Speaking in an interview with a local television station, Ntale said she is not ready to be in a marriage with a man who looks at other women.
Ntale clarified that she is not Muslim and cannot allow herself to "cook alongside other women."
"I don't entertain competition in marriage, and I will never allow myself to be married to a man with another woman because I am not Muslim. For them, it's okay for a man to be with different women," she explained in the television interview.
Ntale said she wants her husband to focus only on her and their children, not other women.
