Media personality Kasuku Wazabanga spent over five years working with Spark Television as a host on the "Twezimbe" show.
He, however, quit and has for long been silent about the reasons for quitting.
Kasuku now says he quit because of the unprofessionalism of many bosses at Spark Television who always demanded respect from him yet didn't show it.
Kasuku accuses the television managers of incompetence and says they failed to manage him as a talent.
Kasuku adds that he outgrew Spark Television and is a bigger brand than they could imagine.
"I quit Spark TV because of unprofessional tendencies. I couldn't stand them anymore because they always wanted to put me down. They failed to handle me as a talent. They failed to understand that I am a bigger brand," he explained.
Kasuku is currently working with Baba Television.
