The house seats on five acres land, facing Lake Victoria. The house is valued at 6billion Uganda shillings and everything from tiles to swimming pool is personalized ‘Ham’
In addition to 25 bedrooms, it includes a 27ft x 61ft master suite with bathtubs, the home will feature an 82ft customized swimming pool, boat facilities, screening room, wine cellar, full spa ,gaming room ,automatic gate and garage for several cars in the arranged motorcade.
The youthful tycoon who owns several storied buildings in Kampala taking, such as the Ham tower in Wandegeya occupied by Turskys supermarket and another magnificent Ham Shopping Mall near Nakivubo stadium formerly Owino space also occupied by a new supermarket.

Howwe has learnt that the residence holds dozens of bedrooms, marble-clad fireplaces in the living room, sleek kitchens, a 1,500-square-foot rooftop terrace with an outdoor kitchen, and an elevator.
In additional it is fitted with ultra-sensitive light, heat sensors, several Jacuzzis, Olympic-size swimming pools, movie theatre, an in house bar and television room while the expansive underground is said to have a cellar and a very private area and six-car garage.
The residence is located in Kololo, an upscale Kampala suburb, just next to the Kololo Ceremonial Grounds.
