A few days ago, Nigeria Entertainment Awards (NEA) announced the 2017 NEA nomination list for the 12th edition of the awards. And our very own BET Award winning artiste, Kenzo is nominated for Best Africa Male Artist where he will face off with top male musicians on the continent including Sauti Sol (Kenya), Diamond Platnumz(Tanzania), Sarkodie (Ghana) and Cassper Nyovest(South Africa) among others.
And the other good news is Sheebah Karungi too has been nominated for Best Africa Female Artist where she will encounter with top female singers including Victoria Kimani (Kenya), Vanessa Mdee(Tanzania), Efya (Ghana) and Butera Knowles(Rwanda) among others.
On the other note, deejaying duo Roja and Slick Stuart also received a nomination slot in the Best Disc Jockey category where they will battle DJ Lebbie (SL), DJ Mensah (GH), DJ Bossman (LIB), DJ Joe Mfalme (KQ), DJ Slick Stuart & Roja (UG), DJ Vyrusky (GH).
The 2017 NEA will be held on September 3, 2017, in New York City.
