Singer BigEye threatened to sue NRM and party chairman, Yoweri Kaguta over non payment.
BigEye, born Ibrahim Mayinja served NRM with an intention to sue for 270 millions that dates way back to 2016.
NRM was given only 14 days to respond but when days expired, the singer only resorted to giving excuses on social media. He claimed he was still taking care of his son who was in a bad state.
“Ladies and gentlemen the artiste will not be able to hold his press conference which was to take place tomorrow. This has come as a result of his health condition which is not good at the moment. The new date will be communicated as soon as possible. We regret the inconvenience caused,” one of his statements read.
“The President has my money and he has refused to give it to me, now I am sick, my son is also sick, God please help,” he also posted.
This has earned him insults on social media with many followers branding him as a barking dog.
