The New Vision, through its newspaper Bukedde, has finally apologized to Phiona Nabitengero, also known as Fifi Da Queen, following their defamatory report on September 26th of this year.
On that day, Bukedde ran a report that linked Fifi Da Queen to Sipapa's robbery case and alleged that the former employee was arrested as an accomplice.
Following a court order instructing Bukedde newspaper to publicly apologize to Fifi Da Queen, the newspaper ran a public apology on Wednesday this week. The apology indicated that Fifi Da Queen was never arrested, and the police only reached out to her while conducting their investigations.
Fifi Da Queen welcomed the apology with open arms and took to social media to share a laugh with her fans.
