Songstress Desire Luzinda in an exclusive interview with the Observer at Emin Pasha hotel in Nakasero, on February 27, explained why she always sticks to the age 25 whenever she's asked how old she is.
Desire was asked "So, shall we have your age? Could we also not go with this “I-am-25” thing you have been reported to say?", her response was rather anoyingly funny. "Forever 25" -- she responded.
She then was told Forever 25 was no answer ... and that's when she revealed her secret, the reason behind her "forever 25" flapdoodle.
It has to be noted that Desire started claiming the figure 25 about 7 years ago.
Age really does get to some people! When I realised that people have an issue with my age, I decided to get on their nerves. People insult you [for saying the wrong age? But of course!] and I decide to give them a reason to insult me by saying I am forever 25.
So, there you have it. She's 25, forever, until her hair turns grey.
