Hajat Madinah of the Bibuza fame is having it rough financially. Her financial muscle has been dire for a long time and was made worse with the occurrence of Covid-19.
Madinah revealed that the previous lockdown put her out of business, and made her vulnerable.
“It is my teenage son who has been taking care of me. He goes out to vend masks then he returns to look after me. That hurts me, but I have nothing to do,” she relayed in an interview
Madinah is currently being pushed out of a rental house in Rubaga over the failure to pay rent for months. She appealed to the government to open concerts so that she can at least resume singing and get back on her feet.
