Kampala City Lord mayor aspirant and singer, Joseph Mayanja alias Chameleone is rumoured to be enrolling at Wandegeya based YMCA school very soon .
Close sources in the camp say, the singer's academic papers are lacking, he is trying to upgrade his academic credentials.
He will be doing an evening program though the course he will pursue is not yet clear.
